Returns & Refunds
We have one of the best return policies available in the Market, Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and It must be in the original packaging. If the product had tags or labels they must still be attached or adhered to the product.
Because we are a Print on Demand Company and all our products are custom Printed to order, We only refund in the case of defective items because products cannot be restocked.
In most cases we will replace your order if there is a problem. The only case where a refund will be considered is in the case of defective item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
It is important you contact our support desk at email@example.com to confirm where to return your item. Please do not send any item without confirmation We currently work with two different 3rd party suppliers and the number may increase in the future.
Refunds (if applicable)
Every return is inspected upon being received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
